Miniature Food Workshop Daily classes 3-5pm. Close on Public holidays Workshop is Home Studio Based. Located 4 stops away from Yishun MRT/Canberra Station 5 mins walk from Exit B. Walk along canal cross the road and walk straight to main gate. Class Description: To learn the art of creating miniature clay replicas of Fried Beehoon with Chicken Wing, a popular Singaporean dish. Learn how to make your own miniature clay food in this 2 hour session, sculpt all the ingredients in air dry clay, learn how to use mix clay to achieve the realistic look of this yummy Economic Bee Hoon in miniature form. All materials and tools will be provided for use during the workshop. Overview of miniature clay art and its applications. Introduction to Fried Beehoon with Chicken Wing, its ingredients, and cultural significance. Materials and Tools: Explanation of the materials and tools required for creating miniature clay Fried Beehoon with Chicken Wing. Introduction to clay usage and their properties. Demonstration of essential sculpting tools and their functions. Shaping the Beehoon Base: Step-by-step guidance on shaping the clay to resemble the base of the dish, which is typically a bed of stir-fried vermicelli noodles (beehoon). Techniques for achieving realistic textures and details, such as noodle strands and slightly charred edges. Tips for working with clay to create thin strands of clay and shapes. Creating the Chicken Wing: Instruction on shaping the clay to replicate a miniature chicken wing. Techniques for achieving the desired shapes, sizes, and textures of the chicken wing. Discussion on color mixing and application to create realistic shades and highlights. Adding Ingredients and Garnishes: Guidance on creating miniature versions of ingredients commonly found in Fried Beehoon with Chicken Wing, such as cabbage, spring onion and bean sprouts. Techniques for achieving realistic shapes, sizes, and textures for each ingredient. Discussion on color mixing and application to achieve realistic shades and highlights. Assembly and Finishing: Demonstration on arranging the clay ingredients on the beehoon base to mimic the presentation of a Fried Beehoon with Chicken Wing dish. Guidance on adding final touches and details. Class Level: all level Age Requirement: Min 8 years old Average Class Size: 14

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THROUGH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. Class Bookings payments accepted by PAYNOW or local bank transfer only. By proceeding to make payment for your workshop booking, you agree to the following: No refunds will be made. Only sign-ups with full payment will be deemed as confirmed. Payment must be made on the same day of the sign-up. The studio accepts payment through online platforms as indicated on the website, such as GooglePay/Paynow and Paylah to the number as listed on the invoice; it is mandatory for participants to contact us via email with the screenshot of the said completed transaction. Sign-ups without payment, and sign-ups without notice of payment of bank transfer will be rendered null and void. At any given time after the sign-up is confirmed and before the workshop commences, should the participant for any reason become unable to turn up or stay the full duration of any course, session, workshop, talk, or event, the participant cannot be granted a refund in full or in part, in monies or in kind. For all in-person workshops, the participant also cannot be assigned a different date or time for any workshop, unless he/she suits the terms and conditions laid out in Request for Change in Workshop Booking. *The participant may arrange for one replacement to take the seat only if Fun With Artz receives the name, contact number via through email or whatsapp notifications the replacement at least 24 Hours in advance. *For Virtual/online workshops, such as via Zoom, the participant also cannot be assigned a different date or time for any workshop. The participant may arrange for a replacement to take the seat only if Fun With Artz receives the name, contact number and email of the replacement at least 48 Hours in advance. The only exception of replacement will be C+. Replacement of classes after Day 10 tested C+ No refund will be made. **Video-taking or photography by any participant of any part or all of step-by-step instructions, course content or original course material during or after any course, session, workshop, talk, or event is strictly not allowed. In the case of violation of this rule, the participant unreservedly without contest agrees to be held liable for intellectual property rights violation and without reservation make full compensation as required by Fun With Artz.
